  • Proses pendaftaran pelajar diselesaikan pada hari yang sama pelajar sampai untuk mendaftar.
  • Proses Pemberian Perkhidmatan Pendidikan dilaksanakan secara sistematik,terancang dan berkesan.
  • Status tindakan terhadap aduan pelanggan dimaklumkan kepada pengadu dalam masa 2 minggu selepas aduan diterima.
  • Keputusan peperiksaan akhir diproses dalam masa 2 minggu selepas semester pengajian berakhir.

Charter

  • Student registration process is completed on the same day the student arrives to register.
  • The process of providing educational services is implemented in a systematic, organized and efficient.
  • Status of action against customer complaints is notified to the complainant within 2 weeks after the complaint is received.
  • Final examination results are processed within 2 weeks after the semester of study ends.
