  • Student registration process is completed on the same day the student arrives to register.
  • The process of providing educational services is implemented in a systematic, organized and efficient.
  • Status of action against customer complaints is notified to the complainant within 2 weeks after the complaint is received.
  • Final examination results are processed within 2 weeks after the semester of study ends.
